Lift up roll up door parts

Hey guys,
I'm in the process starting to rebuild my lift up roll up doors. I see that there are a couple of part numbers for each. They specify a range for the station wagon, any idea what the difference would be? My doors came off a 4 door 110. I also noticed they had 4 and 5 mm glass separate on some things, I have 5mm glass.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Pete

I've read here that it's a tough job. What year D did the 4 doors come off of?
