Would the rails in the back connect to the roll bars or just anchor to the fiberglass directly above the bar? Any idea how thick the fiberglass hard top is?

I would want to anchor it to the cage, but I'm concerned about keeping it sealed and not having the hard top crack when I used the rack.

Came across this truck also - 110 Tithonus LHD - 35K

This does seem well over priced. I doubt the mileage is accurate. Is it even possible that truck was only driven 100 miles per year? The dealer won't stop calling me...

Some help would be appreciated here - what do you think the value of this truck is? For reference, Offisland4x4 has a similar truck (more miles) that has been converted to a s/t, has seating for 10, and has lots of other modification done. There truck is listed at 38k LHD S/T

If you want a Tithonus with claimed low miles from a Maserati dealership then yes you're going to pay a ton. If you want a Tithonus which has had a few nice upgrades like shiny black flares installed, then yes you'll still likely be in the $30's i.e. offisland's example. But if you want just a regular LHD tithonus then they come up quite frequently a bit lower in the $20's; you'll just have to have patience to wait for one to pop up on eBay, etc.

Tell Ken that Winter is coming and it's no time to hold onto a ST but you have cash burning a hole in your pocket and maybe he'll deal.

Where can you find lhd ones still coming over?

I thought the supply was done hence you can't get one in the 20s.

I literally see them on eBay and Craigslist with some frequency. Can you get them from dealers who've been bringing them over in the low $20's? No maybe not. Can you get them from people who bought them a couple of years ago? Yes, and those are the ones that are coming up a bit cheaper. Can I find you 10 examples right this second? No.

I have two RHD Tithonus and a NAS dash, so an easy LHD swap with dash upgrade simultaneously...

Just sold a very nice LHD tithonus with 5500 kms since refurb by the MOD , price was 25 K plus ocean freight and shipping. I have another LHD but it is a 1991. Expecting 2 RHD's Tithonus next week. Let me know what you want to spend , pretty sure I can find you one.

Ignore the sold tag - seller is considering putting back for sale as they are after a 5-door…

Some changes (no tailgate or stick set) New Alternator, Tithonus hard top included.

We can supply stick set and soft top kit that fits - see the Top kit we did for Snell

Thanks!

Land Rover Defender 110 LHD Tithonus EX Mod | eBay

Contact Chris from Sandwich Rovers, He'll give you a good deal. he personally selects the rovers and ships them to texas. The rovers that i have bought from him have been very good.. straight body panels and very light on the rust.... give him a call at 979-777-2013 ... he has a website Sandwich Rovers - Home

the best part about him is that he does everything.. purchasing, shipping and all that required to get the rover on US soil... he doesn't subcontract anything out... when services get sub contracted out the price of the rover goes up...

give'm a whirl...
