LED lights

Maybe I haven't looked in the right place yet, but why can't I find just 2 amber LED lights for a 90?
If I buy a rear lamp set from a supplier- which are plentiful- and let's say a lens gets broken off road, why can't I get 1 or 2 replacement lamps?
