Sure can. But lets say it is a warning light below the high beams.

Now I did replace the circuit board behind the light cluster (flimsy plastic one) so it could be that I did not replace it with the right part or NAS part.
I will take a pic.
I was assuming and you know what happens during assuming that this is a light out light as it is the green box.
It may be better as suggested to just remove the bulb as it could be telling me nothing and I don't run into this problem with my NAS 94 when a light is out.
Like mentioned, maybe the takeaway is to pull the bulb. Or leave it in and say "hey that light is telling you the light switch is on".

wiring

Jon,
in the case I can assure you that the wirng waaas dun to the beast of my ablities. I grounded everting fist and them waitd for blowin fuses yuch yuck!!!

Actually this was the cleanest wire job I have done. No shortcuts, cut wires or left out wiring boxes/dingers etc. The LED brake/running lights conversion was because when using a 94 roll cage rear tub supports, you can not use a 95 round bulb as it is too deep and will not fit flush as it will butt up against the crossmember to tub support, thus the low profile of a LED will fit in that space. 95/97 have a different tub support which allows for the clearance of the back side of the bulb/plug in connector.

Wait...are you saying you ARE talking about the green indicator light below the high beams? That's just the headlight switch light...ie tells you when your headlights and/or marker lights are on:

O.K. so my NAS 94 does have a burnt out bulb in that space. As that is my base line to compared then I know what is the problem.

I scanned the warning light pages from my non-NAS owner's manual.

My recollection is that they removed the low
Fuel warning in 1994 when the 300tdi changes came in. I had thought the warning panel layout changed too. Never really looked too deeply myself.

There are different versions through the years.

Was brought up before and I had my dash open so figured I would take a photo of the magic mystery low fuel warning module that are in some? pre-94 trucks... It is taped up inside the loom and does not show on any parts diagrams... The wiring diagrams do not show it. Some show direct light connection to the sender.
