Leaking diff cover on salsbury

After changing the pinion seal for a DANA 60 unit, I now realise some oil was leaking from the diff cover seal. Is this meant to be a gasket, or RTV? If it is a gasket - is this also the same as a Dana 60 - or is it a LR specific part?

Assuming the LR application is the same - the Dana 60 in my GTX uses a gasket. I got my last one through Year One.

So, I can confirm that a gasket from a 10-bolt Dana 60 is the same pattern. $5.20 at my local auto store - a lot cheaper than LR prices!!!

Dana 60 and Salisbury same bolt patern. Just use what ever good quality gasket maker you usually use.

I changed all my salisbury axles to Solid Dana 60 covers. Nice and rock proof. They use RTV to seal.
