Knuckle : fluid? Oil?

What Oil, fluid, grease? should I use in the Knuckle? Obviously a stupid question, but I seached everwhere and I couldn't find my answer.

90 weight or LR swivel bearing grease(A semi-liquid moly grease). Which one is like asking, Red Sox or Yankees, Blonde or Brunette, Coke or Pepsi etc.

I use a tube of LR grease and top up with 90 weight

How much water does your 90 see when you wheel? If its a good bit then you might want to stick with 90wt for ease of draining. Otherwise the grease works well just hard to get in and get out.
