JB weld a viscous drive?

Anybody ever just JB weld a viscous drive when is shot? any problems if one did it? I tried a search and some said drill in a screw, just thought this would be simple. First post to the forum! Thanks for the help, awesome site!

well, no viscous on defenders unless you are driving a conversion ( I know of one ) but I'm not sure where you would put the JB. Bolt trick would work if there is sufficient space in the casing but the question is WHY?

thanks

yes the viscous fan, my apologies . is there a problem screwing solid for the long term? i checked the fan when it was cool and warm, there was a bit of resistance, but it was the same amount whether cold or hot. The truck does not run warm, I just want to keep it that way, know what I mean?

Thanks so much guys you are all such a huge help!

I have seen a fan Clutch with JB Weld on a 94 D90... My buddy still drives his truck with it.
