Interior Retrim - Outlast or Cordora

Looking at retrimming the interior the seats are pretty shot and need to be redone (rips, foam, etc)

Exmoor offers the outlast Climatherm seat covers which are very appealing but they do not make a bench recover kit. My latest query on it resulted in basically use the NAS one - no Outlast kit was offered.

Can my upholster buy the Outlast fabric or is this some secret handshake deal where he cannot buy it?
we'll get the foam from Exmoor and design our own (he does a lot of custom cars, and we had some interesting ideas')

or conversely has anyone use any of the Cordora fabrics (1000 or similar) which can be treated or one of the gore-Tex Fabrics ?

Thanks
