yeah exactly, that's the part I was resurrecting...in looking through the aftermarket ones, there's a trailing edge on the rear of the rail that I was curious how people are fabricating (not just a straight tube).

I bought some 1" thick HDPE marine board from online metals. They pre cut it 1.25" wide by 19" long for around 9 bucks each. I cuts some grooves in them so I could route the seat heat wiring under them. I also rounded over the front edges.

In those, you cut a piece off of the tubing. A few minutes with a grinder. Drill a few holes and you are done.

One inch HSS cut to size and drilled. I just bought it and cut it maybe from Home Depot not sure where, but most hardware stores would have it, cost is like $15.00. Been in the 110 a couple years now, never got around to painting them...
