importing an under 25 year for parts?

I came across a truck i would like to import. I do not wish to put it on the road, only use for parts. It is a 2003 that has been badly damaged yet for the $$ it has some nice pieces that I could use. I did read the Whats legal thread a while back...which seems to go off on many tangents...

Can I bring this in?

Any thoughts?

Message Will H or Uncle Douglas for an expert opinion. My guess would be yes as long as it is specified so when filling out your docs.

If it can be done Uncle Douglas is your man. If it can't he will tell you, he is the one you need to call.

Can't have a drivetrain or at least engine. The advice received above is the way to go.

Call Will H.. just had this conversation with him. aside from the drivetrain you would also need to remove anything that would require a DOT stamp. headlights, glass, brakes, seatbelts etc.
