$4k doesn't include the intake or turbo manifolds and likely not the wiring loom or ecu.- ie just the long block. Figure a couple more thousand

I think we lost the op, didn't hear what he wanted to hear. He is probably over on clubgwagen.com 'cause they don't get all bent out of shape over bling and running 24" XD Rockstar rims on your truck.

Just sneak it in. Don't worry, CPB has not subscribed to this thread and has not red flagged the OP yet....

I am building my own SVX LS3 powered NAS 90. Yes I have the only two non mounted genuine SVX cages on the planet as far as I know. No one can order SVX parts unless they have an SVX number.
Yes I am selling one cage with new soft top. Yes its freaking expensive. No I dont really have a price in mind, but if the right offer is given....

Otherwise I will hold on to it and build another one later.
In response to the kind of frowning comments on using a NAS truck to do it. So what? Its Mine. My son drove it. It was banged up and weathered. 269K miles. Sentimental to the point that I will not sell it, but want to enjoy it as a daily driver.

So if OP wants to buy a new tub, and other parts I am getting thin on tubs.

For some reason I thought you had already done an SVX build and posted pictures of it awhile ago. I must be mistaken.

I had one we built with my UK affiliates that went to Thailand. Dude paid 100% import tax. crazy.
It was a nice truck.

You may be referring to a silver black SVX "styled"Nas that we did.

Yep. It's $4,890 with the turbocharger, accessories, and ECU. Pretty big savings over new from Ford. I bet we'll see start seeing some of these swaps.

Even with it says runtest, I would be worried about the scorch marks on the bonnet and A piller, what else burnt on this one?

I dunno. I was just pointing out these engines are starting to become available from auto recyclers now and they're not very expensive.

To continue the off-topic...European market uses 2.4/2.2L for Transits. 3.2L is in some Ranger T6 & Mazda BT50 models.

Auto is 6R80 which is Ford license version of ZF6HP26, but not identical. No OEM adaptation to LT230 but UK specialist Wildkat sells a kit for a whopping 9K.

Manual is MT85 (not in US; Euro Transits use MT82), which bolts to Puma engine but has different back end for Ranger/BT50 transfer case. I believe a MT82 extension housing will allow it to mate to LT230.

If you are interested in 3.2 conversion

DEFENDER2.NET - View topic - I have the engine it's a 3.2

I read all this several years ago but the short video clip of the truck hauling ass on 35 simex's, and the comments about lighting those same tires up in 3rd re-invigorates the lust every time. 238bhp and 707nm torque

While not LS hp that is 521 ft lbs of torque through a 6spd manual. Torque is the true measure of power.

That's actually a great price. And they may be willing to deal since its been there a good while.
It sounds like the manual transmission conversion may be simpler than trying to use the auto.
Has me wondering what one of those gear boxes and flywheel would run. Ashcrofts charged around $1200 to modify the manual box provided to them from a 3.2 to mate it up to an lt230.
