Identify ARB locker

I bought two used ARBs and need to get some parts for them and put new gears on them. Do I have RD128 or RD56?

I'm *pretty* sure it's only the RD56s that have that brass air tube shown in the pic (for some reason I thought that the newer 128s had a design change).

You've got an RD56 pictured there - on the RD128 the airline is bent over the ring gear.

From what I see, the RD128 looks to be tapered opposite the ring gear while the RD56 looks to be squared up on that side

RD128
RD65

EDIT: looking again it looks like I have the RD56 as the airline is opposite the ring gear side.

What parts do you need for them? I rebuilt mine a few years ago. Side gears on mine had some serious spline wear.

Definitely RD56 (as mentioned above the RD128 copper tube crosses the ring gear) and would recommend contacting ARB directly for parts. They are actually pretty good and reasonably priced. If you are looking for items like o-rings you can also search on Pirate4x4 as they have the specs to be able to order from McMaster or similar instead of paying the crazy prices that specialized vendors charge.

Well I bought them from some Disco owner in CO and he beat the crap out of them getting them out of the truck. The one was missing the carrier bolt down piece and generally in really poor condition so I just wanted to take them out and drop them into stock 3.54 diffs. They have 4.11s on them but are in poor shape. Glad I got a smoking deal on them.

www.justdifferentials.com seems to have a lot of parts. but I will call up ARB too.

Anyone have some rear HD axle for sale?
