ID this rear tire carrier/ Bumper

Anybody know who made this bumper?
Itís been around the block, and Iím just trying to figure who made it and where I can get some parts to maintain it.

Aside from the bumper part that looks very similar to the carrier I picked up a few months back. I always assumed it was a home made jobber.

Still trying to figure out who made this?
Iím trying to take it apart to service the bearings and get it powder coated.

Looks a lot like a Rockware Bumper/Carrier to me, but it's been awhile since I have seen one..

The fact that is not a common piece cuts against chances of sourcing parts from the orig mfg. Dose it with penetrant lube, grease all the zerks, then take it apart. Take the bearings to your local bearing house and match them up. Powder coat. Clean up the bearing surfaces and any threads. A machinist can make any pieces that are bent or rotten, based on the old pieces. Reassemble. You shouldn't need a mechanic. I'd guess even I could pull it off.
