You should be able to use the smaller glass from the 2nd row door and weld the back pillar.

I cannot find for the life of me an Aussie site that did this.

I don't have Photoshop or any fancy software.

I remember the guy cutting the rear and welding it to where you cut yours.

He used the rear door and kept the interior wheel wells with the floor panel.

Yea I'm not really a fan of reusing the rear of the truck I think it just looks a little bit too goofy - as if it doesnt look goofy enough already... Plus all of that is really heavy and where it's cut up would require just as much work to fit it as it would take to just weld in a couple pillars and use sheet metal.

I will probably do the sheet metal in panels which is what the cross sections are for. I have pics from another build where a guy used one huge piece of sheet for the whole thing and just riveted in like the pics attached. I think Charles idea of getting the sheet off a truck in a scrap yard is a good idea.. Get it done like that - add some paint and a little plexi glass rear window and good to go!
