hub removal and grease

According to a dealer service sticker, the passenger side swivel joints have been injected with STC 3435 grease. Looking at the disassembled unit, I assume this grease is more viscous than regular grease, more "runny" but not certainly not as smooth flowing as gear oil?

Also, I know this has been debated ad naseum but should I clean out and refill with gear oil instead of swivle grease when putting the assembly back together? Can the swivel joint be serviced and completely cleaned in the manner shown in the pic, without having to go around and disassemble from the other side (i.e. the side of the hub disc facing the axle)?

Anything else? Degrease and re-lubricate the CV joints while I'm at it?

One Shot = EP00 Molybdenum Disulfide grease. This you can get in natural and synthetic at a number of sources. The LR stuff is simply packaged pre-measured. It's nuttin special. Also known by its NGLI number which is also 00.

That grease looks pretty good to me---I'd slap it back in, add a little more grease and call it done.
Doesnt look to be any water in there...

Almost forget; Briggs mentioned adding a few cc's of this lube to the one-shot for better fluidity...
