How often to change fluids?

Keep hearing key to long life is changing fluids before recommended intervals. So might be stupid and I sort of know this for various cars/trucks but wanted to see what was recommended and how often you guys are changing your fluids. Couldn't seem to find anything in the Workshop Manual.

Specifically for a 97 auto but throw in 94-95 manuals too. I am running all synthetics.

Oil ??
Diff Fluid ??
Auto Transmission Fluid ??
Brake Fluid ??
Transfer Case Fluid ??
Power Steering Fluid ??

And lubing joints ??

Thanks... sorry if this is super elementary.

For anything that takes 90 wt I follow a dynamic change regimine where every week or two I top up what ever is low. Over time the old drips out and is topped off with new.

Brake and PS, every two years
Lube joints, every few months
Engine, every 3k or so
Coolant, every two years
