how much are these wheels worth?

I've heard these are worth something... anyone care to give me a ballpark estimate? Trying to figure out a full rim/tire swap or sale.

Thanks in advance.

You could always type "ANR1534" into the search and figure that out on your own, but I know that can be difficult.

But, they'll sell at around $100 needing some paint, if they're straight and otherwise not rusty.

BTW, are you parting out everything on that truck? Can you take some additional photos of the jerry can bracket? Is it removable from the tire carrier? Jake was kind of a pain in the ass to get information from, and just gave one word answers when I'd ask him something...so the conversation didn't really go all that far.

I got a set of 5 with brand new michelin xzy 7.50s balanced on them for 70 each. Think that vass was selling them for 20 a wheel for a while.

Make sure that they are tubeless and not the tube type style. Also check the width.

NAS 110 wheels aka early 130 wheels. LW Vass Fire Equip has them for sale in the Uk for 20gbp ea as Matthew pointed out, and has for years, with multiple coats of paints and in need of refinishing. $100 a wheel seems to be the norm here. These only came in on NAS 110's.

Doug, any interest in bringing some in with your next truck shipment?

Dave,

I looked into it once before, even asked here if there was any interest. Vass wanted a palleting fee, and was insisting on charging me VAT (20%), then I had to send a trucking co to pick them up and deliver them to Liverpool, then a separate bill of lading fee with the line rather than try to piggy back on someones vehicle entry, and separate entry filing, duty, and then picking them up and bring them back and re-shipping. It got to the point where $100 a wheel was nearly a break even for a small number of wheels, and those are wheels that still need to be sand blasted and repainted or coated. Very high touch. So I gave up on the idea. I may bring some in @ some point but in the end unless there are a lot of them its not cost effective. Who knows, maybe @ some point there will be a 110 pickup right down the road from Vass that needs shipment and I'll be able to load the back with these wheels and save on the palleting and delivery charge so that it will make sense.

The ones from vass are typically beat up. The 25 or so wheels I saw from them had crappy edges with rust. Once powder coated they look decent enough but you get what you pay for.

I bought some from Vass and yes, they need to be sandblasted and painted. In my neighborhood that costs about $25 per wheel if you pay someone to do it.

ANR1534 is a riveted wheel. Some people have reported leaks when running tubless tires on them, but that has not been my experience.

oh there is.

I may stock pile xzls and wheels from them with my moving weight allotment. Think I get 14000lbs for my household. Just need to figure out how much I own in furniture weight.

It helps to pick yours out from the containers full. The ones with tires are all in great condition from what I remember.
