It is really going to depend more on the extended length of your shocks than the amount of lift. If you run a stock length shock, in the stock position, the factory lines are sufficient, since the axle cannot droop anymore than it could when the suspension was stock. If you go with a shock that is 2" longer extended length, and the shock is in the stock position, then +2" is sufficient, and so on.
