How does the AC/heater box come off of a NAS 110?

I want to take it off to make it easier to move, do I have to take the inside dash off first?

Thanks,

Ron

I want to take off the big box with the heater core and the fan to make it easier to move the bulkhead.

Any advice on how to open it up to replace the Heater Core would be greatly appreciated as well. I need to tackle that soon, so if anyone has any tips, that would be great!

I've got a disembodied heater box that I've been meaning to experiment with. It just depends on how long you want to wait for me to take it apart and take pix.

I took one look at that job and decided that my solution would be to take it to Pikes Peak Rovers.

It isn't that bad. The worst part is the sealer. Undo all the little screws around the "lid" of the box and take the wiring off the top, then carefully break the seal between the lid and the bottom of the box. There are some other steps, but can't recall in detail right now. Then you can access the heater core. The only hard part of the job is trying not to break the plastic box or the lid so that it can go back together properly.

I do not check PMs. Call or email if you need something.
