Hot Ticket for Brake Fluid

Hi all, I'm looking to draw out my old brake fluid and install new. I've been using since new Castrol LMA. It's been of consistent quality and a generally good fluid with good pedal feel over all temp ranges.
My question is their anything new I should be considering for my next fluid swap-out?
On another note I want to do a pad change out to EBC Greenstuff pads. I have used OE since new and have been questioning their stopping abilities. They seem a little quick to fade. I don't like making more than one change when possible to really evaluate what did what.
Of course all input is much appreciated.
Oh! Just thought this might be needed info. This is on my '95 NAS D90 SW. Not that it should make much difference with these beasts other than it has disc/disc for brakes.

Sometimes the best price is the best deal. Do you change it often?

I think that's a good rate. I honestly lean towards the "or so" once in awhile. I think changing is probably the best bit of advice in any of this and of course using an un-opened bottle of fluid. The synthetics are probably less apt to draw moisture but I still struggle with pedal feel. A little soft to my liking.
