Hinge Direction HELP! ASAP!

I have a new set of hinges (old style). Could someone please tell me if the thick side of the hinge of goes up or down. Or the below parts numbers are left or right sides? Thanks!

The part numbers I listed are stamped on the interior of the part. I do not have the actual numbers.
