HELP!! V8 runs rough when warm

I have a '95 D-90 that seems to run rougher upon warm up, It will buck, sputter, internal backfireing sounds, poping, etc and have no power. I also have to crank a while to get it to initially start. I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs, cleaned the grounding points around the coil/amplifier. Any other ideas??

Engine temparature sensor in the block.....

reason: when the engine is cold, it give extra fuel. when it warms up the sensor should tell the ECU, which should lean the mixture, but it isn't, so runs rough.

Errrm... can't remember now. there will be 2 sensors, one runs the guage on your dash, the other does the ECU (well, the 3.9 is like this, not sure if it was changed for the 4.0)

The guage one has 1 electrical connection on it, and i think is in the inlet manifold. the ECU one has 2 connections, and i think (from memory... not had a 3.9 for a few years now) is in a steel pipe (in a "T" piece)

The fuel coolant sensor is right next to fuel injector #1. connector looks the same too. its on the driver side in the front.
