Help.....overheating isuue

I have a 1986 Defender 110 200TDi I have replaced, thermostat, waterpump,
fan clutch and a new radiator and I still have overheating issues. It has a
rather large intercooler and I wonder if something is the problem there. I
was considering putting a sport engine fan on it..but I can't figure out
what is making it overheat. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance for looking at my issues.

Head Gasket has been replaced also, so its ot combustion heat. I'm lost on what it could be.

you can run a TDI without a fan so the problem is elsewhere
