Help installing Running Boards D90 NAS

Do not have mounting hardware to install stock D90 NAS running boards.
To install rear portion there are 2 attachment points to outrigger ( I think it's called that).
On the outrigger there is a larger rectangular opening that typical nut with washer is too small.
Is there a certain bracket or backplate needed to install running board to this portion of outrigger?
Pics attached of rectangular opening and also attachment point of running board itself.
Summary: need to figure out how to secure running board to rectangular opening on outrigger.
Thanks

I'm not able to see my truck right now, but I remember it being pretty self evident how to install these. Mine were used and had no instructions, but they bolted right up. I don't think that rectangular opening was used. They look to be the actual oem units, not after markets/pro-lines, so they should be spot on. Do you have the forward angle bracket? That is the only loose piece of hardware that these things actually use. I would attach the front first, and then see where these things line up in the rear at level/parallel. Should be easier to find the rear bolting location then.

do not have angle bracket for front, will fabricate one. Installed on driver side already and one rear bolt does indeed go through the rectangular opening but as you can see in picture, the size of opening prevents actual mating of running boards to outrigger in this particular location. Correct, not ProLine, OEM.

No, it's not you the search function here is sooo advanced it's like driving a Top Fuel dragster, it's just hard to handle.
