HELP! Does a 95 3.9 D90 NAS have a Crank Position Sensor

Still no spark, isn't throwing a code since i disconnected the battery. There is spark from the coil to the distributor but not from there to the plugs... In dire need of getting this moving again. Thanks for the help

I don't think so. If you have spark to the coil, then I'd say your ignition module/amplifier is bad. Search the forums for a bunch of posts on them, as well as an expensive relocation kit that is recommended.

Check the cap and rotor but this doesn't sound like it's the problem.

Thanks for the response, i've spent a good portion of the day cruising the forum while racking my brain as to why i can't get it started. Cap was replaced today, coil is really new. Downside of being in Southern Georgia is a lack of places to readily get parts from. Order is being placed for the amplifier and rotor... hope this helps.

fuel pressure seems to be good on it, ordering the ignition amplifier module and a new rotor today.. hopefully this solves it

I had similar problem with my 94 before and it turned out to be a bad rotor.

Who knows what it was but through a combination of new rotor, cap, wires and cleaning all the contact points we have success! Now just to replace the headers and the 02 sensors and we are good to go.
