Help.... acess to flasher unit

Hi,

I'm trying to get acess to the tern signal flasher unit. My UK Defender 50th is basically a 97 NAS so thought you guys might be able to help.
My tern signal flasher unit is behind a metal plate that other relays are mounted on in the fuse bit in the end of the NAS centre consol, but how do you get acess to it?
Do you guys have a flasher unit? The only way i can see is to remove the whole centre consol to give me acess to remove the plate to get at it.

Pic to show where i mean, this is under the centre consol end tray, behind the gold coloured plate, above the yellow relays, is where the flasher unit is behind

best regards

james

Man that looks like a pain to get too. On 94's there isn't any centre consol in the way so to get to it you just unscrew the fuse box (2 screws holding the gold part at either end) and you can get to the flasher unit.

Yeah, big pain. Looks like i will have to take the centre consol out just to get at the 2 screws holding the plate on.

Best regards
