Help! 95 SW cant shift

I left my car 95 SW parked for about 2 months. When I tried to drive it again I realizef that the clutch was stuck. I pulled it back up and tried to drive but I found it almost impossible to shift once the car has started. What's wrong? I did some search in LR forums and they seem to point to some clutch cyclinder?

Is this something I can do myself or should I just take it to a shop? If shop, what's the expect number of hrs of labor needed and how much should the job cost?

Any good shops that works on Defenders in SF bay area?

Thx in advance!
Eric

Eric - its probably the JATE rings, you should send them back to me in case that helps!

Seriously, check out the resources here on the site, but if you dont want to do it yourself, take the truck to Cerrone's European in Redwood City, just north of Stanford. Frank there is a big defender guy and does good work.
