Heater Cable Fastener (trunnion) ?

doing LHD conversion.

on the 'new' lhd heater(could be a TD5 heater), the upper damper has the traditional connectrion to the control wire (uses the barrel 'trunnion' to grab the cable. So the lever arm has two blades with a hole through each for the trunnion barrel).

For lever on the side (air flow on/off), the control arm is just a pin (not two blades with a hole for a trunnion barrel). Anyone know how or what is used to attach to the control wire to this arm?

Otherwise, I'll try prying the old arm off my RHD heater

thanks
