I suspect the fuel pressure regulator on the Loob may be bad. Not sure, but ever since the head gasket thing, it has been hard to start after sitting over night. Takes maybe 4 tries to get fired instead if the usual half a crank. Once it is going no issues. Clearly it is not getting fuel at startup.
Only thing different than before is the vacuum hose to the FPR is actually working now as it was dry rotted off before.
It seems odd that the engine is harder to start now that it has been all sorted out whereas before it was spewing from between two cylinders, and had a bad tappet.
