Anyone here licensed for HAM? what's the deal with licensing, and how to tune into specific states or zimbabwe??

Check the Expedition Exchange web site. In the bulliten board section they have a large number of threads dealing with HAM radios and licensing. John, Ho, and the gang are all about HAM. I still haven't finished wiring up the CB....
