Anyone not happy after installation of gull wing windows in thier Defender ?

I only see this as a viable addition if you build enclosed shelving that mounts inboard. Think of the service caps on pickup trucks. Otherwise, It's just as easy to open the rear door.

without the window box or shelving, the advantage is getting access to things that are buried, when you have the back full of gear.

My Defenders are always 2 seaters with steel cage for Rotts and side boxes for NFA items when truck is parked seems like a good idea to have wings open in hot weather for the puppy course I think they are cool and thats always important as I am very shallow.
