good LR mechanic in Tucson - Phoenix area

anyone know a good RRC mechanic in Phoenix or Tucson. I'm running very rich and cannot seem to fix the problem.

So far I've
checked for vacuum leaks (sprayed carb cleaner on any vacuum hose I saw and waited for a rpm surge - there were none)
replaced fuel thermistor
replaced coolant temp sensor
replaced rotor, cap and plug wires
has new injectors, fuel pump, filter, Tornado Montrose chip
K & N filter - cleaned and oiled
got 8.5 miles/gallon on freeway drive last week and burned up my two new Magnaflow cats
Also idles rough, stalls a bit when cold and usually idles about 1,000 rpm after running up to 1,500-2,000 at start. Runs great going down the highway, but that isn't why we came to AZ.

I think it is time to get some professional help, but the best mechanics in Yuma (where we are currently) don't know anything about RRCs. So off to the big cities on Tuesday.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try Joe at Rover Techs in North Scottsdale. They are just north of Raintree between the 101 and Scottsdale airport.
