What is all this talk of heavy duty vs regular adapters? Is there an HP/Ftlb limit on the early adapters?

I sell both shafts. >450hp I recommend the 300M shaft. So Jwillia will be at 580hp. He needs one.

Hey all,

Does anyone know specifically which Lokar cable shifter model is in this photo that works with Nicks brackets? I have searched the thread but cant find the part number. I see reference to a 8" and 12" version in the quoted post but when I look on their website there are versions for multiple gearboxes but none specifically for the 6l80e.

Also what is the reference to the 'center cluster'?

I am based in Australia so its harder to find out all the info! I hope to get a kit of Nick shortly and start collecting the rest of the parts.

Cheers
Pete

nmarkiw, not sure if you saw, but I sent you a PM, really interested in a price on the adapters, and the bill of materials would be great as well. Really looking forward to doing this with our 93 RRC. You can email me too if that's easier.

Paul

Truck intake with Puma Hood?

Getting back to this project after a considerable pause. Nick would the truck intake still need to be rotated with a puma hood?

Got One!

I just got one of Nicholas Markiw's marvelous engineering artifacts .

'Still have it in LA. Back to Toronto, Canada on Monday. 'Promise I won't drop it Nick. Thanks for all the information and advice sir. That is one impressive engineering, build, machine shop and setup you have. Definitely worth the trip, traffic jam, and speeding ticket to San Diego to pick-up the adapter / adaptor. It was great meeting you too Nicholas. Now the LS build begins.

Cheers.

The GM compressor will work with LHD only. The GM compressor occupies the same space as the RHD steering box. The Sanden compressor will work with either.

------ Follow up post added November 30th, 2015 05:05 PM ------

Will this trans work for my LS swap and is it a good price? Is all wheel drive considered the same as a 4x4 trans? I have a 2010 LC9 out of a Silverado 4X4.
