thanks. yes stock gm a/c compressor. bottom left of the picture. goat built brackets.

You can use the stock a/c compressor on LHD.

I realize that now, unfortunately I chucked the bracket & compressor in the scrap truck & it's been crushed now..... My bad

Looking at that GB setup I think that'll work better for me. Anyone want to swap an OE A/C pump & bracket for a set of Nic's acc drive brackets ?

Seeing the shiny red and black brakes on that truck, are there any sensible brake upgrades that people are installing to help stop the damn thing once it gets going? If using LR stuff then part numbers always help. I am also assuming that we are all starting from discs all round

You mean something like this ? My buddy back in the UK owns IRB Developments... he makes some of the fastest diesel LR's going.... gotta stop them

I am considering it but am a long way off that point yet! Although my adapter did arrive today (thanks Nick totally awesome, amazing quality and very quick to get here) so getting pretty excited about it all. Will start my build tread soon...
