Gentex LR Disco II Mirror Wires

I have a rear view mirror with the compass and homelink from a Disco II and I need to know which wire is what. I have a gray, red and brown wire. I am assuming one is constant power, one is switched and one is the ground. Looking to install this in the 90 so want to tie it in correctly.

Thanks,
Alex

I don't have a book, but if I were to venture a guess...

Red = 12+
Brown = Ground
Gray= Reverse Lights

On the newer Rovers, I know the mirror is designed to not "Auto Dim" if you are in reverse, so that it isn't affected by the light from your reverse lights.

Someone with a book...?

Thanks, that was what I was thinking. Can I skip the gray wire?

That would be my guess. Test it out, jumper the two directly to a battery and shine a flashlight at the mirror to see it dim. If so, I think everything will work. Try pressing one of the Homelink buttons too, I am sure if the LED lights up, the whole thing will work.
