gems vs 14cux vs bosch

if i end up keeping the 110, its gonna need balls.

so i been readin' (dangerous)

whats the difference between gems, 14cux?, and bosch.

i take it the easiest HP upgrade is a 4.6 dizzy block, and all my 3.9 parts. what are the big stumbling blocks there?

if i do that, whats the best? a reman short block with the ductile flanged liner from turner, a new LR 4.6 shortblock, or a cos-cast (i dont know what that is, but i ran into it at turner and ebay)

i take it ill need a chip of some sort for the obd 1. (easy??)

comment and or flame away.

danke.

i take it you mean the short block. thats 4500 right now if someone has one. if not, and im buying all the bottom parts separate, whats the best source?

anyone have a good source of takeout motors from wreckers? im worried about slipped liners.

anyone on here have writeup or a thread on the conversion?

does the front end swap straightaway?

source for the 4.2 ecu?

any issues between the block/belhousing/tranny?

any of the small shops here provide long/short block builds?

just checking the options.

I would check out JE Engineering: http://www.jeengineering.co.uk/new-range-rover/petrol-engines.html

My question would be if the R380 and the LT230Q (which I would upgrade to) would take the extra power???

I think you should just sell that thing to me for what you paid for it.
