He sent me a high res and it is now my desktop background. The figure skater is going to be surprised when she see that. She didn't like the pic from Neil that much anyway.

Ron/Jim,

Assuming your T pieces were new, how did you get the paint/black primer out of the inside? Blasting the outside is easy(ish), but I'm having a hard time finding a way to get the primer/paint out of the cavities.

You just do your best, the e-coat turns to ash when immersed in the 800 degree zinc. The galvanizer know you can't blast the inside, so they don't worry about it.

The galvy shop here in Spokane is giving me grief about the black primer/paint on the inside. If they refuse to dip, would a hot tank dip do the trick?
