Galvanized Bulkhead and DOT stickers on NAS D90s

Can you peel off the sticker or is it possible to get a replacement?

Are you talking about the sticker on the sill area with the gvwr and vin and such? If so, yes you can get new ones made. I am doing this now for my D110 where I replaced the bulkhead. You need to take detailed pics of what's there so it can be copied. The place I used required an order from an auto-body shop or garage so they could validate things. I have to look up the site.

I don't know for certain on the footwell based sticker on the 90, but I was able to order a replacement for both my DOT and VIN sticker directly from the dealer. It was simply filling out a couple of forms.

On the 110 these stickers are on the T-Support, so I just brought mine in as I had already removed an chopped it up since it was all rotted out.

The dealer called a while back and said that the replacements are in, however my truck is not far enough along for me to pick them up as the dealer has a checklist of things that I need to produce for them to put them on the vehicle. Once I have things far enough along, I just need to bring my assembled 110 along with title to the dealer.

The 110 actually has the VIN in 3 locations (stamped on frame, tag on windshield and on the T-support). My chassis stamp was actually filled in during the galvanizing, but I don't expect to encounter any issues when I actually get it to the dealer.

Hope this helps.
Matt

I think my friend who owns a body shop tried to order mine from land rover and couldn't for some reason.

I will check tomorrow for the site we used. Here is another one I looked at also:

I've had a hard time removing them intact so I just cut the whole damn thing out, make it pretty and glue it on behind new kick plate trim still attached to the original sheetmetal.. I know.....what a hack right?
