Fusebox Cover Labels

I just replaced my fusebox cover and it has a neat little label on the inside that tells you what each fuse is for along for a foam piece that holds a couple of fuses. The new cover doesn't have this label and I looked through the labels available in the Parts catalogue but couldn't find anything like it. My question is: Is this OEM or did the previous owner make this label? Looks pretty good if its home made. Can I can purchase this somewhere or if am I going to have to go make another one?

The fuse label on my '97 NAS D90 has a part # of AMR5709 (printed right on the label). Don't know if it's the same label for the '95 NAS, fuse layout could be different. Most labels on the truck, have part numbers on them.

My old label says AMR3944. They're called Decal - Fuse injection Panel Cover in the UK but no one has pictures of them so it's hard to tell what you're getting.

There are quite a few different ones too, depending on age, engine etc.

I know there are many different ones and no one has any pictures of them which is why I posted this.

Here's the one I have.

I am sure that one of our graphical geniuses could copy/make/alter this and print it on a sticker for us. Pretty sure all of us could use this sometime soon.

Does anyone here have an unused AMR3944 (superseded by AMR5515) Decal laying around? Its the one pictured above that goes on the inside of the fuse box cover. They are fully obsolete from Land Rover and European dealer search came back with 0. I could replicate it and have it reprinted but I don't have the time. Thanks.
