full door installation??

I have a 94' d-90 ST and bought a set of full doors with rool up windows, but when I wnet to instal them the striker and door did not match up, not even close?? is there a trick to installing these? I was hoping for an easy swap out for the winter ans summer seasons. Thanks in advance for the suggestions..

Not sure, but am thinking that the latch and striker assemblies for push button doors (SW roll up) may be different than the ST lift up handle doors ?..

I bought different stikers for the SW doors but stil can't get them to line up? I mess with it soon when the weather here (Pittsburgh) isn't sooo cold Thanks I guess it might just need some tweaking.

The latch assembly is probably different too. See if your Defender is drilled for both types, if so install new latch and new striker on door should line up.

I may have the latch parts you need for the pillar in my garage somewhere. I found the remnants from when I did the opposite on a vehicle back in the UK. If so they are yours for free.
