Hey all! I've been reading up on all the posts about non priming pumps because I was getting an intermitent stall (fuel pump wasn't priming) in my 94' D90 and I wound up changing the pump and relays even though those weren't the problem. The problem was the white plastic 4 wire connector that is located in the right rear wheel well (top of the frame). This connector is exposed to the elements and mine had visible burns inside and its what caused my pump to periodically fail. So heads up to check that connector and replace it or splice clean wire to clean wire with weather proof buttconnectors if its giving or if you suspect it will give you problems. I think getting rid of the connector is fine as it already has a connector right at the pump. Cheers!
