Fuel pump doesn't prime - silver relay?

On my phone and search is a bit tough at the moment.

Truck will crank, but no sputter. Fuel pump never makes it's priming sound when first turning ignition. I've checked the small fuse in the dash (#20).

I've relaxed the relay once in the past 8 years, and had the fuel pump changed almost one year ago. Before I head to napa buy a relay and take off the AC panel, are there any other suggestions?

There are 2 relays; a main, and the fuel pump relay. Pull your fuel pump relay and confirm you have power to the socket when the key is turned on. You should hear the main relay click with the fuel pump relay pulled. If you have power to the fuel pump relay socket and the fuel pump relay clicks when you plug it in with the key in the on position you need to drop your tank.
