Footwells

In the process of doing my engine replacement I noticed a random drywall screw sticking through my bulkhead. There have been a lot of surprises on my truck with "No rust except for the doors" that I bought from Aaron so I dug in and investigated.

Turns out the passenger side foot well had been covered with some 22 gauge sheet metal and painted to match the interior.

I pulled these out (they were drywall screwed in place and siliconed in) and we greeted with what you see here. I am now looking for a footwell for the passenger side of a RHD truck. I tried making one lat night but without a brake it is a pain in the ass.

Lucky8 will not have them for at least a week and im checking with Steven. anyone else I should check with?

I had both of my footwells cut out and replaced with brand new, heavy gauge steel, by a local welding shop. Everything was pretty straight and forward... straight cuts and a few bends. Came out really nice and stronger that the original product. I think they charged me around $120-150 for materials and fab for both sides.
