I completed the drivers side & will post some pictures, the pattern I have should work for all years but need to confirm with someone nearby I hope.

Anyone with a 95-97 D90 near me? Also I can confirm the passenger side with & without AC.....actually would you even need the passenger side if it has AC?

Tom,

Sorry for not getting back to you with the pattern I made. I've been crazy busy at work. I can still send it to you if its of any value. Let me know what type of file format you would prefer. I was able to do some refinements on it but I still need to print out another template to make sure the changes fit.

Hi Tom,

My answer to your question about passenger side with AC is YES, especially for '93s. The 110s have the ECU in the passenger footwell instead of under the seat like the 90s. Lot's of wiring that needs to be protected.

Guys,

The drivers side footwell for auto & manual are ready, I tried to keep cost down as much as possible.

Only using the best products, plus time to build and the many steps involved made one side more costly than the other, price is as follows:

Drivers side $55.00
Passenger side $40.00 (Will be available by Monday 2/08/10)
Custome Rear Speaker Boxes are currently under design also, with and without speaker holes(Dynamat Included)

Here is the site to place order:

I'm not sure if have violated any vendor rules on this, please let me what steps are needed to correct my actions.
I just emailed admin@d-90.com to ask for help.

I have completed the passenger side with no AC early D90 such as a 1994 & 110.
I will post a picture soon with the unit installed.

I will make a "Kit" which will have both sides included then.
