Flood Condition when engine warm

If the truck sits all night, it fires right up.

If the truck has been running, turn it off to run in and turn it back on, it studders for several cranks.

Pulled plugs and all looked good and even, so I dont think it is a fuel injector.

Could the fuel pressue regulator be going bad?
