Fitting 02 Dash in 95 D90

I saw this on Rover's Down South and was wondering how difficult the fitting would be in my 95. By difficult I mean will I have to modify a bunch of stuff to fit or is it a bolt on kind of deal.

The photo is right off of the RDS site

Really not too difficult, but you should also update to the new style vent controls / backing plate while you're at it.

you need the proper backing plate and lower dash to do this the right way.. There are several other parts needed as well.

Not to take a sale away from George, but if I were you I'd go with the Iron Goat or the Mudstuff dash....I went with the Mudstuff so I could put in a Double DIN navi unit...and there's plenty of room left when I get around to adding extra switches later.......and the new Pioneer navi unit runs circles around the wife's 04 Rangie...she'd be better off with a drunk in the backseat with a Guinness-stained map giving directions.....
