Finding this part

I'm trying to find out what this part is called, and if anyone knows where i can track it down?

You mean the rubber mat on the firewall that is disintegrating? You can get it at RN or other places (like from Stephen at Safari Rover), but the part has been superseded. Now its integral with one of the footwell mats - so the best idea is order both sides and do it all at once. If you have AC this job will be a big PITA, if no AC, EZ.

It's called "Pad, insulation" and there are several different versions available, depending on RHD,LHD (yours) and what engine/gearbox combo you have:

I wonder if that means the original NAS soft top individual insulated rubber front floor mats (not the regular LR mats that everybody sells) have been superceded as well.
