Fill the Blank

I've poured through the manuals and I must be missing something. I can find the illustration that describes what goes size fuse goes here and what it might regulate. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Looks like a 4 blade relay would go in there. Not a clue what it would control though.

Possibly something not installed in the USA? Eg glow plugs rear fog lights etc
