I may be interested. I just bought a set of boost rims. Curious if they will balance well with 35" tires on them.

The objective would be to build a bead lock that wouldn't be any more trouble than a stock alloy with the advantage of being able to drop to sub 10 psi pressure's without worry. Not so much for huge tires but just a nice civilized Beadlock based on a Higher Quality than most Alloy wheel.

I would build the fixtures and etc based on a 16" Rover Alloy.

I'll try to get a sample set made up within the week for pics. Probably work off of some 3 spoke RRC wheels to start.

Ok. I do like the idea as I'd like to be able to air down more without fear of losing a bead. But I don't think I'd be buying on the first round - cash is still tight right now

Will your design be similar to Allied Racing? IMO one of the best steel Beedlocks around.

I have a few questions...

Will you do one at a time? or do you prefer a set of 4 or 5?

Any perspective pictures / drawings of a the wheel?

Being there wheels will you be doing any type dye NDT penetration test on the welds?

Powder Coat Black?

Thanks on advance it will look nice with my other Rovertracks bits and pieces I've acquired

If it works out I will get 5....

Right now we're in the planning stages so details are limited but the welder is accustomer to Mil Spec work so dye tests would need to happen acording to my insurance guy. They'd also need to be marked (like the rest) off road use only.
one order = one set of wheels, would be best for productivity but I might pick up some wheels to have as cores.
