Favorite Defender Color ?

Here goes :

The Defender we are overhauling will be getting a new coat of paint in the comming weeks and though it was supposed to stay white we might go for a full color change (inside doors, hood, bulkhead, eyebrows if needed ...). At this point many colors comes to mind, vienna green, pearl white ... I might not go for a Defender color at all if we find one that suit the truck well.

So my question to you is : what color would you paint a 110 crew cab with steel wheels ?

Thanks for all your input.

Pat

How is it going to be used?

A nice shiney, dark color might be great for schlepping the kids to school ... but will certainly show the off-road pinstripes off well

KAA
.... I'd have to give a nice flat Sandglow thumbs up

Always thought GM's Indigo Blue was a great color. A more staid color would be silver, which I think really looks good on these trucks.

Wow ! Very non roveresque but I have to admit it looks very good.

I will look into the coniston green and the sandglow.

For your information the truck will used as an expedition vehicle.

Thanks to everybody.

Pat

Bonatti Grey, Willow Green or Alpine White, or that Burnt Orange color on the 99 NAS Disco. (Like in Eric's attached picture)

1. Light green color from the Heritage Defender
2. Arles blue
3. Silver

One of my customers had a Bonnati grey 110 and I did not like the look on a 110.

I like the silver, but polar ice blue or whatever it's called would be nice. But forget the color...How the heck can we get our hands on one of those trucks to begin with? Wow!!
